Shipping policy

Eat Gold Organics takes great care in shipping our chocolate to you so it arrives in spectacularly delicious condition. We typically process orders the same day, with a safety window within 3 business days. Sometimes we receive a much larger volume of orders that we anticipate, which can delay the process 1-2 days. We are growing rapidly along with the demand and are expanding our team—we appreciate your patience and we do our best to keep you informed.

Once we’ve shipped your chocolate, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. With expedited shipping, your order should arrive within 3 business days. We typically ship USPS and UPS, depending on the size and speed required. These companies may have COVID related delays unrelated to our shipping practices. Please check their websites for notices.

For warm destinations, we prefer to ship only Mon-Wed during the warmer months, in order that packages don’t sit in shipping hubs over the weekend.
To ensure your chocolate stays in its most desirable form, it’s best that someone is at the delivery address to accept your order when it is delivered. If not, please make sure the shipping carrier can leave your order in a cool, dry place.

Addresses

We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes - please be sure to provide a full address, including as much detail (eg, Apartment #, Suite, etc) as possible.
